Doing yoga with a small group is a powerful way to practice yoga and cultivate strong bonds with others at the same time. None of us seem to have enough time for the special people in our lives. I'd love to hear from you and listen to your ideas in regards to how you see practicing yoga with friends and family in a small group setting.
