My Yoga Perspective

In yoga class we all strive to make general shapes, called asanas.  These asanas, when combined with breath, called prana, allow our bodies and minds to expand, shine, create space and consciousness in the body while cultivating balance, strength and flexibility.

I practice yoga.  Some days are more challenging than others in both the mind and the body, but overall, my consistent yoga practice has allowed me to feel stronger, wiser, more empathetic, more capable, more relaxed and more myself!
