My yoga perspective
My goal is to teach the intention of the yoga pose and then guide students into the physical shape to achieve it.

I've learned that the most advanced pose is the shape that is most integrated and attainable to the body.
Props are both helpful and necessary to create proper proportions for our bodies made in many shapes!
